AYFL will provide:

• Helmet & Shoulder Pads (if rented, or if your child is a current/former AYFL participant)

Equipment Pick-up:

On Monday, July 5th from 10AM to 12:00 Noon and again from 5PM to 7PM we will provide you the opportunity for early check-in and equipment pick-up. The location for this event is our Equipment Storage Facility located at 44642 Guilford Drive, Suite 114, Ashburn, VA 20147 (This is a new location). This facility is located off of Beaumeade Circle in Ashburn, VA. Directions from Route 28 are below.

Route 28 to Waxpool Road (head west on Waxpool Road toward Ashburn)
Waxpool Road to Loudoun County Parkway (head north (right), towards Redskins Park)
Loudoun County Parkway to Left on to Beaumeade Circle
Beaumeade Circle to Left on to Guilford Drive, arrive 44642 Guilford Drive, Suite 114.

As part of the check-in process on Tuesday, July 6th, we will be distributing shoulder pads and helmets to those campers that have not yet had the opportunity to pick up their equipment. Equipment distribution on Tuesday, July 6th will take place at Stone Bridge High School as part of the normal check in process for the camp. We will also be distributing camp jerseys to all camp participants on this day. Please note that on Day One of the camp we will be wearing just helmet and shoulder pads. Day 2 through Day 5 of the camp the children will be in full pads, including helmet, shoulder pads and 7 piece pad and pants set.

Players need the following:

• Cleats
• Mouth Piece
• Athletic Shorts
• T-shirt
• 7 Piece Pad and Pant Set * (AYFL is not supplying the 7 piece pad and pant set.  If you do not have practice pants from last season, please be sure to stop by your local sporting goods store to pick up a pair.  Modell’s and Dick’s have told us they will have inventory.  You can also get the pads and pants on-line)
• Athletic Supporter and Protective Cup
• Medical:  If your child has allergies, uses an inhaler, epi-pen, or other specialty items please be sure to label with their name and contact number and include this in their equipment bag.  Please note any food allergies on check-in to the camp.

Optional Equipment:

• Football Gloves
• Extra Pads (Elbow Pads, Forearm Pads, Hand Pads, Neck Rolls, etc)

iPods, cell phones and other electronic gear:

• Your child is welcome to bring these to camp.
• AYFL will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
